These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Elite Lifestyle Club™ website, membership experience, event listings, ticket-related features, member privileges, Concierge tools and related services. By using the platform, creating an account or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and to any additional terms displayed for a specific membership, event, benefit, ticket or transaction.

1. The platform

Elite Lifestyle Club is a curated membership and lifestyle platform that may provide event discovery, member access opportunities, editorial content, partner benefits, ticketing connections and Concierge communication. Availability varies by event, partner, location, membership tier and inventory.

2. Accounts and membership

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your login credentials and activity under your account. Membership is personal unless a specific plan states otherwise. Membership benefits, pricing, access rules and renewal or cancellation terms may vary by plan and will be presented at purchase or in the applicable membership terms.

Membership does not guarantee admission to every event, reservation, venue, ticket allocation or partner benefit.

3. Events, tickets and third-party organizers

Events may be produced by Elite Lifestyle Club or by independent organizers, venues or partners. Event dates, times, locations, lineups, dress codes, age restrictions, capacity, pricing and other details may change. Where tickets are sold or fulfilled by a third party, that provider's terms, refund rules and privacy practices may also apply.

You are responsible for reviewing the event details and any organizer or venue requirements before purchasing or attending.

4. Pricing, payments and taxes

Prices, fees, taxes and member discounts are those displayed at the time of purchase and may change before a transaction is completed. Payments may be processed by third-party payment or commerce providers. A purchase is not complete until the applicable payment and order confirmation process is successfully completed.

5. Refunds, cancellations and changes

Refund eligibility depends on the specific membership, ticket, event, organizer or ticketing provider. Event postponements, cancellations, venue changes or lineup changes may be subject to separate event or provider terms. Review the applicable Refund Policy, Event Terms and checkout information before purchasing.

6. Member privileges and partner offers

Partner privileges, preferred pricing, invitations, priority opportunities and other benefits may be limited, changed, suspended or withdrawn. Third-party partners are responsible for their own products, services, availability and fulfillment unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Age, identification and venue rules

Certain experiences may be restricted by age or require government-issued identification. You must comply with all venue, organizer, safety, conduct and admission requirements. Access may be refused where an attendee does not satisfy applicable requirements.

8. Acceptable use and conduct

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site security, scrape or copy protected content at scale, impersonate another person, submit false event information, resell access in violation of applicable terms, or use the service for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent activity.

9. Content and intellectual property

The Elite Lifestyle Club name, branding, website design, original editorial content, software and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Elite Lifestyle Club and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party event names, images, trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the platform for its intended purpose.

10. User and organizer submissions

If you submit an event, inquiry, listing, image or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate and lawful. You grant Elite Lifestyle Club permission to use submitted materials as reasonably necessary to review, display, promote, administer or support the relevant listing, event, partnership or request. Submission does not guarantee publication or acceptance.

11. Concierge and communications

Concierge messages and responses are intended to assist with the member experience. Information provided through Concierge is not a guarantee of inventory, admission, reservation confirmation or third-party performance unless expressly confirmed through the appropriate booking or ticketing process.

12. Availability and disclaimers

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Elite Lifestyle Club does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, continued availability of any event or benefit, or the performance of independent organizers, venues, partners or third-party services.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elite Lifestyle Club will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or from the acts, omissions, cancellations or performance of independent third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts, memberships or platform features where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, non-payment, material breach of these Terms, misuse of member benefits or conduct that threatens other users, partners or the service.

Use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform and services evolve. Material changes will apply from the effective date of the updated version, subject to applicable law and any separate contractual commitments.
