Event Terms
These Event Terms apply to event listings, invitations, reservations, tickets and admissions made available through Elite Lifestyle Club™. They supplement our Terms of Use and Refund Policy. Event-specific terms shown on a listing, ticket, confirmation or checkout page also apply.
1. Event organizer and seller
An event may be produced by Elite Lifestyle Club or by an independent organizer, venue or partner. The event listing or checkout flow may identify the applicable organizer, seller or ticket provider. Where a third party controls ticket fulfillment or admission, its terms and policies may also apply.
2. Event information
Dates, start and end times, locations, venues, capacity, programming, hosts, performers, seating, amenities, dress expectations and other event details are subject to change. We aim to present current information, but final admission and operating decisions may be made by the organizer or venue.
3. Ticket confirmation and admission
An order confirmation shows that the applicable transaction has been accepted; it does not override event or venue admission requirements. Admission may require a valid ticket or reservation confirmation and, where stated, matching identification or other credentials. Membership status alone does not guarantee entry to a ticketed or capacity-limited event.
4. Age-restricted events
Some events may be restricted to guests who meet the minimum legal age or other age requirement stated on the event listing. Valid government-issued identification may be required by the organizer or venue. Guests who do not meet a stated requirement may be refused admission.
5. Transfers, resale and commercial use
Tickets may not be transferred or resold unless the event listing, ticket provider or organizer expressly permits it. Any permitted transfer or resale remains subject to applicable law and provider rules. Tickets, invitations and member privileges may not be used for unauthorized promotions, contests, commercial packages or other resale activity.
6. Conduct and venue rules
Guests must comply with reasonable organizer and venue rules relating to safety, security, conduct, entry procedures, capacity and event operations. Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, disruptive, fraudulent or unsafe conduct may result in refusal of admission or removal from the event without a refund where permitted by law.
7. Dress codes and event standards
Where a dress code or event standard is stated on the event page or confirmation, guests are responsible for meeting it. The organizer or venue may make final admission decisions consistent with its published rules and applicable law.
8. Late arrival, re-entry and unused tickets
Late-entry and re-entry rules vary by event and venue. Entry may not be available after a stated cut-off time or once capacity has been reached. Unused tickets and no-shows are subject to the Refund Policy and any event-specific terms.
9. Event changes, postponement and cancellation
An organizer may change event details, postpone an event or cancel it where reasonably necessary. Refund or credit eligibility is determined by the applicable purchase terms, organizer or ticket provider policy, our Refund Policy where Elite Lifestyle Club is the seller, and any mandatory legal requirements.
10. Outdoor and weather-dependent events
Outdoor, yacht, rooftop and other weather-dependent experiences may be modified, delayed, relocated or cancelled for operational or safety reasons. Guests should review communications issued for the specific event. Weather-related refund eligibility is determined by the applicable event and Refund Policy terms.
11. Photography and recording
Events may be photographed, filmed or recorded by the organizer, venue, media or other guests. Where official event photography or recording is planned, additional notices or consent terms may be provided for that event. Guests must comply with any restrictions on personal photography, recording or equipment imposed by the organizer or venue.
12. Personal property
Guests are responsible for their personal property. To the extent permitted by law, Elite Lifestyle Club is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, damaged or left at an event, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
13. Third-party services
Transportation, hospitality, reservations, venue services and other third-party offerings connected with an event may be supplied independently. The third party is responsible for its own service, availability, terms, privacy practices and fulfillment unless Elite Lifestyle Club expressly states otherwise.
14. Safety and emergencies
Guests must follow event staff and emergency instructions. An organizer or venue may delay, suspend, relocate or end an event where reasonably necessary to address safety, security, weather, emergency or operational conditions.
15. Liability and mandatory rights
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elite Lifestyle Club is not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent organizers, venues, performers, suppliers or other third parties. Nothing in these Event Terms excludes or limits any right, remedy or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
16. Conflicts between terms
If an event listing, ticket provider or organizer supplies specific terms for an event, those specific terms apply to that event together with these Event Terms. Mandatory law will prevail over any inconsistent contractual term.
